Banking and Finance Paralegal
Banking and Finance paralegal, Walsall, options to progress quickly, smaller sized firm but with top quality work, working directly alongside Partners who are willing to impart their knowledge!!
Are you a legal assistant/paralegal with some knowledge or the desire to specialise in Banking and Finance? Do you have a law degree, LPC or part CILEX seeking to join a firm where you will gain genuine exposure to legal work where the scope for progression is unlimited?
Our client is a smaller firm based in Walsall, but I must emphasise the work is of great quality!
The team act for a diverse range of clients, including borrowers, financial institutions and non-bank bridging and development lenders.
The successful candidate can look forward to assisting the team on administrative and transactional tasks including working closely with the head of department, Companies House registrations, searches and reports, preparation, and collation of security documentation.
The aim of this role would be to work closely with the Director who will impart his knowledge to train you to be an effective “associate” at some point in the future who can look after and grow the team.
This really is an opportunity to join a firm based in Walsall where the atmosphere is great – very friendly and welcoming but also a firm that has access to some major clients and are in full on growth mode!
