Residential Development Paralegal
Are you a legal assistant or paralegal with residential development experience with a law degree, LPC or part CILEX seeking to join a firm where you will gain genuine exposure to legal work where the scope for progression is unlimited?
Our client is a smaller firm based in Walsall, but I must emphasise the work is of great quality!
The team specialises in all aspects of residential development including land acquisitions and disposals, planning agreements, development/construction agreements and other associated work.
The successful candidate can look forward to working alongside our experienced development director on large scale land acquisitions and disposals as well as taking a more leading role on smaller scale transactions.
The aim of this role would be to work closely with the Director who will impart his knowledge to train you to be an effective “associate” at some point in the future who can look after and grow client relationships.
This really is an opportunity to join a firm based in Walsall where the atmosphere is great – very friendly and welcoming but also a firm that has access to some major clients and are in full on growth mode!
