This is a brand-new opportunity at a top law firm in Bristol that is currently looking to hire a corporate tax solicitor to play an integral part in its growing corporate team.
The role will be to provide legal tax advice specifically supporting corporate transactions, therefore advice will range from general corporation tax and capital gains tax advice to advising on property taxes, employment related securities and assisting on M&A transactions.
There is a senior corporate tax solicitor in the team, and this is a succession planning role. You will have strong technical expertise in corporate tax, SDLT, VAT and employment taxation, and ideally you will either be ATT and CTA qualified or currently studying these.
