A Conveyancing Solicitor role has arisen at the branch office of a Legal 500 firm in Walsall. This is a senior (head of department) full-time permanent role.
This high street feel firm is seeking an experienced conveyancing solicitor or legal executive to head their department and drive things forward. This firm offers plenty of autonomy along with the capacity to grow and develop a small department, as well as free on-site parking.
You will be given the opportunity to work with plenty of autonomy on a caseload of local residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion with the support of a dedicated secretary. The idea is that you would work to build up the team, bring more people on board and grow the department.
Ideally you will have five years plus conveyancing experience as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. They are looking for a conveyancing head of department who understands the local market and can build and develop these strong local connections. The ethos of this firm is client service and as such they are looking for a personable individual who has a passion for client care.
