A boutique specialist corporate commercial practice in South Bucks is seeking a corporate lawyer to join their established and successful team.
The ideal corporate solicitor will be around 3-5 years PQE and should be able to deal with company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions and shareholder and regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, tax and other restructuring. The team also undertake share scheme work and secured lending, so experience of dealing with EMI schemes and/or other HMRC approved share schemes and or dealing with loan and security documentation would be preferable but is not essential as they are happy to train the right candidate in these areas.
They have a very strong corporate client base and a high quality corporate workload and typically deal with transactions in the £2 - £20 million range.
