A new opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancer to join a reputable law firm in Sutton Coldfield. The firm offers good quality local work, a small and collaborate working environment along with a fantastic reputation and high staff retention rate.
Our client is a long-standing law firm in Sutton Coldfield. They are seeking a solicitor/legal executive or experienced paralegal to hit the ground running on a diverse caseload of general residential conveyancing matters. The firm can offer some exposure to commercial property matters too.
To be considered you must have at least two years’ experience running your own residential caseload from instruction through to completion under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be from the local area, have good local knowledge and somebody who is happy to assist in the business development for the department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential conveyancer to work in a high street firm that can offer career progression.
