Advisory Legal Counsel

An advisory role is on offer for a junior lawyer at a major European bank which is building out it’s London operation as a global centre. Working with the M&A advisory bankers, with strengths in the renewables, infrastructure, energy and project finance markets, this role will require you to provide legal advice at pre-funding stage. You will be required to advise global committees on new mandates, drafting engagement letters and work on regulatory matters which will include MiFID and Brexit.

Having recently completed a transformation programme, and with strong results and a strategy for growth in place, this is a great time to join. You will work as part of a good sized, highly motivated team, and directly with the head of legal for global markets.  We are looking for someone with either corporate or financial services regulatory experience who has between 1 and 4 years post qualified experience.
