A new opportunity for an experienced New Homes & Development Lawyer has arisen at partner level with this property specialist, Legal 500 firm in London.
You will be part of an established team, handling quality matters on behalf of a broad range of clients in the London market. In addition - you will have the backing to develop this desirable niche practice area.
Your main focus will be to maintain and develop the strong client relationships with developers, house builders & housing associations. You will manage the existing Plot Sales team and oversee existing developments, including a long-term regeneration project.
The firm embrace modern working policies and plenty of working from home is available. This is very much a hybrid/remote role.
To succeed in this application, you will be:
- An experienced, competent conveyancer - Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives are invited to apply
- Able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience dealing with conveyancing, development matters and site set ups
- Experience with shared ownership will be a distinct advantage
