Joining a highly reputable Legal500 law firm with offices across Scotland, our client is seeking a corporate solicitor to join their award-winning and well-regarded Corporate team based in Aberdeen, due to organic growth.
You will be working within one of the best and most experienced Corporate teams and for a firm that is committed to equality, diversity, and an inclusive environment.
Your role will involve high-quality work from an enviable client base where you will be exposed to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, investments, and private equity transactions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of dealing with complex and challenging issues and an ability to think outside the box. You will also be competent in managing a busy and challenging workload whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
A keen interest and enthusiasm for a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, business acumen, and a personable approach are a must for this position. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and career progression as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
