Corporate Solicitor - Manchester

BCL Legal are now working with a top 100 firm in Manchester on the recruitment of a corporate lawyer (NQ - 2 PQE) in to their Legal 500 ranked corporate team. This is a broad corporate position working in an ambitious and prolific team with reputable, high-quality work across a broad range of sectors. You will have an interest in a career in corporate M&A and have worked in a strong corporate team with a broad mix of work. This role is open to NQs with a strong seat in a good corporate team up to 2 years PQE.

The role:

· Corporate Solicitor (NQ - 2 Years PQE)
· Working closely with the team's group of partners, all of whom have a strong reputation for corporate work
· Transactions focussed across a broad range of sectors
· Ambitious and growing team
· Clients ranging from SME up to international PLCs
· Top 100 firm with strong presence across the country

Candidate Requirements:

· Corporate Solicitor - if NQ with a good corporate seat in a strong corporate team, up to 2 years PQE
· Strong academics
· M&A transactional experience
· Ability to work in a small team and take on a large amount of responsibility very quickly
