Residential Property Conveyancing Associate Solicitor – Oxford £45,000 - £60,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our client’s team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be reporting to the team manager and managing a portfolio of Residential property matters including high value transactions. There will also be a requirement to assist in the development of the practice.
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE. You must have a proven track record within Residential Property and your experience will include freehold and leasehold property sale or purchase, buying property at auction, shared ownership and equity, transfers of equity, residential tenancies and licenses, residential services for business, agricultural tenancies and buying and selling of agricultural land.
The team advises national and international clients and offers a professional approach to residential property conveyancing.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and an aptitude for business development. Be an ambitious and motivated team player and capable of working autonomously under pressure and dealing professionally and effectively with demanding clients.
