A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor ideally with 1-5 years' PQE (although exceptional NQs will be considered) to join its dedicated asset management team in Birmingham working on a broad range of real estate issues primarily for property investors; assisting them with the management of their assets across all sectors, including industrial and logistics, office and retail. The Role
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will:
* Have direct contact with clients and agents to provide asset management services to investors.
* Deal with a variety of leasehold transactions including granting new leases, renewals, surrenders, re-gears, dealing with landlord's and/tenant's works, licences and wayleaves.
* Be involved in marketing and business development events and activities.
* Depending on level, support and mentor junior fee earners.

Candidate Requirements
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will have:
* At least one years' real estate experience although newly qualified solicitors with substantial experience in this area of real estate will be considered.
* A good understanding of the mechanics of landlord and tenant matters, corporate support and property finance.
* A good academic background.
* A positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
