Corporate M&A lawyer - 2-6 PQE

This leading international firm's M&A practice is regarded as a market leader with a worldwide client base. They are looking for an equally exceptional mid-level associate to join their highly regarded corporate team. You will enjoy a broad mix of high value international corporate work, which will include advising public and private corporations, investment banks and other financial institutions on a variety of corporate transactions. Your workload will include a mixture of, amongst others: M&A, private equity, joint venture and advisory work.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years relevant post qualified experience from a leading UK, Big Six Australian, or top tier New Zealand firm.

For solicitors based overseas, a competitive relocation, sponsorship and remuneration package is available.
