- You will work with an established team with an excellent reputation and recognised individual lawyers offering hands on training and support
- You will be encouraged to play a role in business development and to form relationships from an early stage

The Candidate

- Corporate Solicitor, NQ-2 PQE
- You will need to have a strong corporate background with a good range of experience to ideally include M&A, private equity, reorganisations
- You should be able to work well with clients and other team members - this is a close and supportive team
- You will be able to assist with supervising more junior members of the team
