The Role:

• This is a standout opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• The leading Dispute Resolution practice regularly work on prominent, high-value matters for a range of well-known businesses and HNW clients
• As such, you will have a diverse caseload, covering all aspects of commercial litigation, including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, commercial property litigation, insurance disputes, public law & sector disputes and director, shareholder & partnership disputes
• Notably, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in an ongoing professional negligence claim worth around £140m, giving you immediate exposure to the stature of work that the firm undertake
• As an Associate, you can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your litigation network

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor from 5 to 10 years PQE
• Well-organised and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
