A Top 80 UK firm based in the heart of the city is looking for a corporate finance lawyer between 3 to 5PQE to join their corporate team.
They are looking for someone with a deep understanding of M&A and corporate restructuring matters, who ideally has experience of advising on commercial banking and finance matters, who would be able to comfortably advise and look after junior team members.
The successful candidate would be supporting partners on M&A and transactional work, as well as managing a caseload and growing client networks.
