EL/PL Litigator
Bolton
Claimant firm based in Bolton is seeking the addition of a EL/PL litigator to handle a caseload of employers’ liability files. They are looking for a fee earner with previous experience handling a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL files.
You will be required to handle a caseload of your own and be expected to understand the full life cycle of a file and how to manage cases from inception to settlement. You should have previous experience in a litigated EL/PL environment and be capable of hitting the ground running.
