This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a national law firm in their Leeds office. You will join a national team who advise public sector clients and therefore there is varied commercial work on offer.
Client Details
The client is a large law firm who advise clients across both the public and private sector. The firm is known and ranked highly by the legal directories for the public sector work that they deal with. The firm has a large office in central Leeds and they will pay a competitive salary.
Description
The Commercial Solicitor will work as part of a national team and they will deal with their own caseload of files. This will include drafting and negotiating commercial clients, IT and technology contracts, IP, data protection and public infrastructure projects. You will only deal with clients in the public sector.
Profile
You will be a Commercial Solicitor with ties to Leeds and an interest to work for clients in the public sector. You will have strong academics and you will have previously dealt with commercial contracts.
