Due to continued expansion, a new opportunity has arisen at this established law firm in Wiltshire and they can offer either hybrid working in the Salisbury office or 100% home working.
You will be part of an established team, handling a full caseload of lease extensions on behalf of both freeholders and leaseholders throughout England and Wales.
To succeed in this application, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a lease extension specialist with extensive experience of statutory and informal lease extensions. Please note, this is not a traditional conveyancing role.
