This is a very large, highly reputable and award winning law firm who are looking to grow and expand their banking team in Manchester with the appointment of a newly qualified lawyer up to 5 years PQE. The firm have won a vast number of highly regarded legal awards, and are the leading organisation for providing legal services to businesses and companies.

Your new role
The firm are currently looking to recruit a Manchester based lawyer at NQ-5yrs PQE to join the Banking team. There will be opportunities to work on a broad range of financing transactions including real estate finance, leveraged finance, corporate banking, loan sale and purchase, asset-based lending and receivables financing transactions, both within England and Scotland, and further afield.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate must either be an upcoming NQ or have some banking experience and be Scots or English law qualified. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. You will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills. A willingness to work across a variety of the banking specialism, and with a number of different partners, is a must.
