Our client - an multinational pharmaceutical company are seeking an interim Legal Counsel for 5 months.
The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 4 years PQE and have experience working within a commercial role within the Pharmaceutical industry. The role will be based in London operating remotely with some requirements in office.
The role will be predominantly advising on Commercial, Corporate, Competition and Procurement Law. You will have worked on a broad range of matters within the Pharmaceutical industry including:-
- Pharmaceutical law
- Tax law
- ABAC
- Sanctions and Export Controls
- Competition law
- Procurement Law
- Corporate Law
- Contract law (contracts with Institutions and cross-border contracts)
- Litigations
