An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious corporate M&A solicitor (NQ - 3 YPQE) to join an expanding Legal 100 law firm in Bristol.
The firm has an entrepreneurial approach with an excellent client list which includes large corporations, regional OMBs, startups, and national private equity houses.
At this junior level of your career, you will be able to work with all Partners, across all sectors and mix with different transactional teams which enable you to gain breadth and depth to your experience. As you develop within this team, it will be encouraged to get visible exposure to clients, allowing you to grow your contact book.
It is not essential that your background is from a similar size firm, as the Partners are open to individuals with some corporates M & A experience who have the aptitude and hunger to learn.
