Property Litigation Solicitor *REMOTE/Part Time*

My clients are a forward thinking boutique firm focusing on quality property litigation. Due to a number of successful years, they're ready to expand the team with a Senior Solicitor.

They're open to part time applications with a view you set you hours which might be 3 / 4 day working week, reduced hours each day, you decide.

The Caseload

The caseload can be tailored around your experience, the firm handle; Commercial Landlord & Tenant, Development Disputes, Leasehold Management, Residential Property Disputes and Telecommunication Disputes. Ideally you'll be able to pick up any area but full training can be given to any gaps in experience. They're also open to a pure specialist in one area.

No business development or following required, the firm are working at capacity and have enough natural work.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their exposure to good quality and complex property litigation. The candidate will hold enough experience to run on their own steam with minimal supervision.
