Residential Conveyancer - Dorset
Law firm with multiple offices across Dorset is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer that is able to handle transactions with minimal supervision.
The role will involve managing a small team consisting of junior fee earners and support staff with a wide range of transactions relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties and specialist transactions.
Ideally you will be part or qualified and able to run a caseload at every stage of the process. This is an ideal opportunity to develop an existing team and continue the good work by maximising revenue through marketing and business development.
