Commercial Property Solicitor - Black Country
I'm recruiting for a long-standing regional firm that, due to an uptick in commercial instructions, is looking for a commercial property solicitor to advise on a broad range of property work.
The firm provides a full range of legal services to commercial and private clients. Their commercial client base ranges from local SMEs and OMBs through to larger national clients, therefore your day-to-day work will vary, and ideally you will already have gained experience in transactional matters and Landlord & Tenant work. The commercial team also has a niche in undertaking Telecoms work, which may add an extra dimension to your existing experience.
You will be an existing Commercial Property Solicitor (or equivalent qualification) with upward of 3 years PQE and competent in running your own caseload of work with minimal supervision. The team (and the wider firm) is noted for providing a supportive and friendly working environment where you will be able to progress your career.
