Senior Commercial Property Lawyer Shropshire

Excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join this leading Shropshire law firm.

Our client has a strong reputation for commercial property work across Shropshire, working with a range of clients including local and regional developers, investors, companies with property assets and individuals.

Due to succession planning, the firm seeks to appoint an experienced senior associate or partner with a minimum of 7 years commercial property experience covering some or all of commercial acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord & tenant and asset management work. Working closely with the Head of Property, you'll be comfortable managing key relationships with existing clients and developing new ones, as well as supporting more junior members of the team.

Applications are welcomed from senior associates (or equivalent) looking for a step up and greater autonomy, or existing partners looking for a new challenge.
