Conveyancing Assistant

Ipswich

I am pleased to say that I have been asked by one of my clients based in Ipswich to search for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. The successful conveyancing assistant will work full time out of the firms' Ipswich office.

The role  

The position of conveyancing assistant would very much suit a candidate who has previous experience working within conveyancing and is suited to the fast paced environment. You will be working alongside the Residential Property Partner  on a variety of files including but limited to:

  • Sale and purchase
  • Leasehold
  • Freehold
  • Shared ownership
  • Transfer of equity

The role of conveyancing assistant would suit a candidate who has a working knowledge of progressing conveyancing files.

Salary + Benefits

  • £20,000 - £26,000 (Negotiable / DOE)
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
