The Firm
This boutique law firm, founded in 2014 are looking to expand their workforce across all departments. They have grown to 85 lawyers in the past 7 years and are looking to add 50 more by 2025. They operate on a subscription basis with 90% of their clients, which means there is no BD or marketing for lawyers to do, you can just focus on the law work. The firm have been operating on a remote basis since 2014 and plan to keep things that way moving forward. They have offices in London, Sheffield, Cambridge, Manchester, Oxford and Birmingham and have office space if people want to go in - they also host a monthly lunch in each department for the teams to spend time with each other in person.

The Opportunity
The firm are looking for a corporate lawyer with 4 years post qualification experience to join their growing corporate department. The workload will include a caseload of private equity, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions.
