THE ROLE

An opportunity for a solicitor with 8PQE+ to join the dynamic financing group, which provides first-class legal advice to some of the most prestigious and well-known global businesses, as the sole PSL for Debt Capital Markets (DCM).

The financing practice is currently supported by a team of PSLs who work alongside the fee-earning finance lawyers.

This opportunity is for a PSL with deep expertise in corporate debt capital markets and regulatory capital transactions, who is able to work to support and develop the DCM practice confidently and independently.

Securitisation experience and expertise is welcome, but not essential.

ABOUT YOU

An experienced lawyer with in-depth experience as a fee-earner and as a PSL of investment grade debt capital markets transactions, up to date knowledge of the regulatory architecture and outlook as well as market documentation standards, current hot topics (including ESG developments) and key negotiating points.

A working knowledge of the high yield market and documentation is desirable although this is not the primary focus of the practice.

The role will involve a mix of internal and client-facing know-how activities and BD support for activities where technical expertise is required.

While the role is full time, applications for a part-time role will be considered and flexible working arrangements are available.
