The Role: 

As the new Commercial Litigation Senior Associate you will be: 

• Responsible for conducting litigation, including pre-action matters
• Able to deal with complex legal matters and a wide variety of work including contract disputes, and shareholder and partnership disputes
• Running and supporting High Court matters, requiring first-class knowledge of procedure and rules
• Liaising directly with experts and Counsel

About You: 

The new Commercial Litigation Senior Associate should have:

• Proven commercial litigation experience
• A proactive approach with a keen interest in Dispute Litigation
• 2-4 years PQE minimum 
• An impressive academic background and commercial litigation experience at a commercial leading firm
