Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

This leading national practice is looking for a leasehold enfranchisement solicitor to join its excellent London residential property team, headed by a real expert in the enfranchisement field.

The role:

• Handling a broad caseload of enfranchisement work as part of the wider London residential team
• Examples of work may include, but are not limited to, enfranchisement, collective enfranchisement, right to manage, rights of first refusal, rights connected with service charges

The candidate:

• The ideal candidate is likely to have around 1-3yrs PQE 
• Solid experience of leasehold enfranchisement work, gained in a strong residential property team, probably in London due to the nature of leasehold work but candidates working in leading regional leasehold enfranchisement teams are also invited to apply
• Commercially-minded, with an awareness of the importance of business development
