In-house Deals Focused Lawyer – Banking/Finance

This is an opportunity for a banking-finance lawyer to join a rapidly growing business in a management role. Leading a team of 3 deals focused finance lawyers you have the gravitas to manage junior lawyers whilst also being happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into a broad diet of cross-border work from running deals to drafting the related documentation as well as providing general legal advice. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ pqe with a banking and finance background including at least some exposure to real estate finance, asset finance or corporate lending.  It is important that you are comfortable with high value transactions so are likely to have trained at a major City firm.
