I have a fantastic role for an experienced private family lawyer (solicitor or legal executive qualified) to pick up a full caseload of matrimonial matters at a friendly and supportive Warwickshire-based high street firm.
The firm, which has offices in Coventry and the surrounding area, has an established family department that provides private family law advice to a range of clients concerning divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation, domestic violence, children issues and pre/post nuptial agreements.
You will ideally have upward of 3 years' experience in private family law work and be able to handle most client matters with minimal supervision, as well as the capacity to undertake advocacy at the relevant hearings.
