Home Working Law Cost Draftsperson
Taunton
£25,000 – £40,000
This long-established and reputable Personal Injury and Litigation firm are looking for a Law Cost Draftsperson to join their in-house costs team.
In this role, you will provide a costing service to the firm, as well as liaise with Fee Earners in respect of:
Ideally, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a law costs draftsperson, running your own full caseload to include drafting bills of costs, points of dispute, drafting points of reply and negotiating. You will usually instruct counsel, but those with any advocacy experience will be encouraged to attend court where possible.
Your experience should preferably be from a personal injury, clinical negligence, or insurance setting, and you will be familiar with CostsMaster software.
You will work in this small and friendly team, progressing your career, and in return for your expertise, you can receive an excellent salary of up to £40,000.
This vacancy can be purely working from home, although those living in Somerset are welcome to also work in the office.
