- The Client - A global gambling company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team in London. The role will have overall legal responsibility over the Central and Eastern European markets. Responsibilities:Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, such as tech agreements, games and software licences, SaaS agreements, outsourcing agreements, and marketing software solutionsManaging complex litigation matters across jurisdictions, including civil law jurisdictionsStakeholder management and liaising with external counsel representing the business - The Candidate -The successful candidate will be 3+PQE, with experience gained in-house in the tech or gambling industry. Experience with cross-jurisdictional work will be highly beneficial. Additionally, any Central or Eastern European language skills will be beneficial.
