A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market changing ABS law firm in central Leeds as part of their highly successful employment law team.

The role is for an Employment Solicitor with both contentious and non-contentious expertise to join this growing department.

This is not your typical law firm, and the environment is unique and far removed from traditional ‘private practice’. The firm prides itself on being different and on offering a different way to how law firms have been run in the past.

The role will be to run a mainly contentious, respondent employment law caseload and as such the right candidate will be 3 years’ + qualified and have experience of dealing with Employment Tribunal matters advising on legal issues such as discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistle blowing and TUPE transfers.

Doing a great job for the client is a given, but what is important here are the staff.
