This top tier law firm has always advised on good quality privately-funded family work.
It has an established and formidable team yet retains a friendly and open approach to all its dealings.
You will advise clients on a range of financial issues following their separation. This will include advising on the divorce process, matrimonial and non-matrimonial property, maintenance claims, and pension division.
You will regularly be involved with high-net-worth family finance cases which can involve significant business assets, complex property structures, international and more specialist areas of matrimonial finance work.
This vacancy will suit a qualified family solicitor or legal executive with up to 6 years PQE.
In return for your expertise, you can expect to earn a very competitive salary and bonus, plus additional benefits including private healthcare and life assurance. Flexibility will also be given to enable you to work both from the office and from home.
