The Firm

Our longstanding client is looking for a Legal PA/Secretary in Birmingham City Centre. With offices in Birmingham and London, our client prides themselves on the professionalism and level of expertise they offer to businesses both across the UK and internationally.

The firm itself primarily handles matters concerning property development and construction law. Having experienced remarkable growth, our client has ambitious recruitment plans in 2022, making this an exciting time to join the team.

 

The Opportunity

 

The firm are seeking a Legal PA/Secretary reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be assisting him with his Commercial Property department, where your key duties will include diary management, onboarding, and handling new client enquiries. The role will not require dictation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year working within thee same or a  similar role
  • Excellent diary management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • A strong, highly motivated team player
  • Good IT skills
