Leading National firm are looking to add an ambitious and capable Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ - 2 years PQE) to their large and busy Real Estate team based in our Exeter.

The role:
- You will play an integral part in a wide range of work across the full range of real estate legal services for a varied client base, including private and public sectors
- Acting for well-known regional and national developers, social housing providers, investment companies, waste operators, FE Colleges and local authorities
- Dealing with matters relating to commercial and residential developments, energy and waste projects, education property investment, healthcare, self-invested pension schemes and retail franchising
- Working within a busy team, and mutually supportive environment enjoying enjoy high quality, high value work

The candidate:
- NQ-2 years PQE
- Will have completed their training contract at a leading city or national practice, and have prior experience of working with a diverse range of clients
- Will have previously gained experience of working on a range of commercial property transactions
- Solid general real estate knowledge
- Will be an excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational skills
- Must be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines
- Will have an eye for detail, and be meticulous in their work
- Must also be self-motivated and ambitious, with the drive to help continue to grow and develop our business
