Our client is a highly respected Midlands law firm characterised by a transparent, merit based, flexible and values led culture.

The firm seeks to appoint an experienced contentious construction partner to play a key role in the department. Applications are invited from partners or equivalent senior level construction lawyers (looking for a partnership opportunity) with proven contentious experience covering litigation, dispute resolution, adjudication, mediation and ADR involved in all range of construction disputes. You may alternatively have a focus on both contentious and non-contentious work. The firm acts for an established and growing portfolio of clients including developers, housing providers, contractors and public sector organisations.

Working within a dedicated partner led construction unit, this is an excellent opportunity to take a lead role with the licence and autonomy to shape a progressive construction practice for an outstanding law firm.
