This property powerhouse is one of Central London's leading property companies dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial property. The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Paralegal to join this talented and expanding team.

The Firm

This flourishing business is split into three main sections: Residential Lettings, Residential Sales and Property Investment.

Their modern and state-of-the-art Residential Sales department offers prime residential apartments and houses in and around Mayfair, Marylebone and Knightsbridge which shows the calibre of property they are providing for their HNW and UHNW clientele.

The Investment Department acquires off-market, prime residential and commercial property with scope to increase rental income and/or capital value. The team works closely with Banks, Property Dealers, Receivers and Auction Houses.

The Role

This firm has a family friendly feeling throughout and they are looking for a Paralegal to join them in this in-house opportunity.

In this role, you will work alongside the Managing Director on a day-to-day basis. This will be a varied role, getting involved in multiple projects and from start to finish and assisting on both the administrative and legal side of things.

The role will cover a wide range of duties including; Section 21, Section 8 evictions, small claims, compliance, laws around lettings, tenancies, HMO licensing, Commercial Property Leases. The company have had 16 evictions in the last few months, showing the depth of work they are taking on at present.

This role would require the successful candidate to spend 5 days in the office.

Requirements

• You will have a good knowledge of the Residential Property market, including sections 21 and 28, small claims, tenancies and Commercial Property Leases
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You will be self-motivated, have high organisation skills and be able to manage your time effectively
