Locum Residential Conveyancer

We are working on an attractive new opportunity for a Locum Residential Conveyancer to assist at a traditional, high street practice in Bedfordshire, starting ASAP for 2 months +

The Opportunity

Our client is a friendly, long established law firm who offer their clients a range of services and pride themselves on their personable approach.

The firm are seeking a Locum Conveyancer to assume responsibility for a busy caseload covering the full remit of residential property matters. The locum is required to assist for 2 months +, whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

The locum will manage residential conveyancing work to include:

• Handling the sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
• Dealing with mortgages and re-mortgages
• Shared ownership
• Handling matters from instruction to completion

The locum will also benefit from shared secretarial support.

Requirements

• At least 3 year's PQE within residential property
• Experience handling a broad residential property caseload
• Ability to work self-sufficiently within an efficient and productive team
