This is an excellent opportunity for a Structured Finance solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to make their mark within a highly reputable team and the wider Firm.
Our client's Structured Finance team provides advice to a broad range of clients on a wide variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products. They assist clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs in both the UK and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors. This role will provide clients with specialist, dedicated Securitisation and Structured Capital Markets advice and transactional support.
Our client is looking for a talented and ambitious associate with broad based finance experience. The successful candidate will have a background in finance, securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e.g. project bonds, utility bonds) from a city, international or strong regional practice.
