Trusts & Estates Litigation Solicitor/Barrister 2+ years’ PQE/Call SOUTHAMPTON

Highly-regarded contentious Wills, Trusts and Estates team in Southampton is seeking to recruit a Trusts & Estates Litigation Solicitor/Barrister of 2 or more years’ PQE/Call. The team covers the full range of private wealth disputes including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and Court of Protection disputes. The team acts for individuals, professional executors, trust corporations, charities and financial institutions. The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full range of contested will, trust and estate work and will work closely alongside the Partner based in Southampton to help develop the team’s marketing strategy in Southampton. They will also have the opportunity to work with other members of the national team. You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team is vital as this is a very collegiate department. Depending on your PQE (and therefore requirements) will receive appropriate levels of support from the supervising Partner and Head of Department. Ideally, you will also have, or be working towards, the ACTAPS diploma. If you have not yet embarked on working towards the ACTAPS qualification, you will be given support by the department to do so.
