The firm is continuing to go from strength to strength and this position is ideal for newly qualified corporate solicitor looking to take on some top quality work in the area whilst retaining a work/ life balance. The team has won numerous awards and rankings and this rapidly expanding practice is part of the UK Top 100 firms

The Role:
· Supporting on mergers or acquisitions or disposal transactions for corporate clients
· Acting for investing institutions or management teams on PE backed transactions
· General corporate work including corporate restructurings, shareholders agreements, joint ventures

The Candidate:
· Corporate solicitor, newly qualified up to 2 Years PQE
· Experience gained in a regional, national or international firm
