Commercial law firm in Somerset is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property lawyer of 0 to 2 years’ PQE. This post involves working across the whole spectrum of Commercial Property but with a particular emphasis on supporting the firm’s highly rated Charity Property practice, as well as general Commercial Property and Property Finance work. The scope of the work is very broad and ranges from sales of surplus Charity property through to leases (landlord and tenant), site acquisitions and disposals. One of the main requirements is to work within the Ecclesiastical area of Charity property for the numerous dioceses that our client is instructed by. This firm recognises that this area is quite niche so full training would be given but an interest in this area would be an advantage. If you are qualified, you will currently specialise in Commercial Property law. If you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in Commercial Property.
