Non-contentious Construction lawyers 1 – 4 & 5+ years’ PQE years’ PQE BRISTOL

Commercial law firm in Bristol is seeking to recruit two non-contentious Construction lawyers (one of 1 to 4 and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE). Forming an integral part of the existing construction team you will: • Work for high calibre clients on complex procurements • Build relationships with new clients and existing clients of the firm • Develop your skills, knowledge and construction law expertise • Contribute to team strategic planning and business development activities • Contribute to the long term development and strategy of the wider department.

You will manage your own caseload (with an appropriate level of Partner supervision, if required) which will include a broad range of matters, as well as assisting the team on larger pieces of work. You work with a number of notable clients and eventually become a sector specialist. You will receive bespoke training throughout your career ensuring that you have the technical and commercial skills to build an effective and successful practice. The successful candidates will have experience and knowledge of complex Construction Law including solid experience of JCT and NEC and potentially FIDIC, MF/1 and other industry forms.
