Are you a Corporate Solicitor who is frustrated with the hours of private practice and the sporadic nature of working in a M&A team?

Do you still enjoy Corporate work and would like to continue in this area of work but are unconvinced you would be able to do so without having any form of work/life balance?

We are working with a Corporate team in the Midlands who are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their team to specialise in Corporate work - however, the nature of the work split in the team means that your time wouldn't be 100% devoted to M&A meaning that the team work hard but more sensible hours than a typical practice role.

The team also work in a hybrid way, which is expected to continue at 2 days per week in the office.

This is an opportunity to join a leading professional services firm, working alongside experienced Corporate Solicitors in the Midlands and nationally. The team has a clear progression plan for solicitors within the organisation.

You will be working on complex Corporate transactions and will have the opportunity to run matters yourself with support from the wider team.

Profile

Ideally you will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 2-3y PQE. Our client will consider cnaiddates with a range of PQE.
