My client is a fantastic firm with offices in West and North Yorkshire, and a 7th office due to open soon.
They now have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Litigator to join their existing team. This is ideally a full-time position, but for the right person they have flexibility to achieve the best appointment.
Working from either harrogate or Northallerton (with hybrid available too if required), the successful Litigator will be responsible for managing their own litigation caseload which comprises mainly commercial, property and probate disputes, as well as working with the litigation team to further grow and expand work in this area, supported by the Managing Director of the company who specialises in Commercial activity .
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 4-5 years’ experience of managing general litigation matters. Ambition and ability to supervise a team and support the training of future lawyers would also be extremely advantageous. Strong technical expertise, a positive outlook and the desire to offer outstanding client service is also key, as is the desire to join a growing business in which there will be opportunity to develop and progress in order to eventually join the senior team.
