Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Senior Solicitor 5+ years’ PQE to join there forward-thinking personal injury department in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have experience handling personal injury claims such as Road traffic accident (RTA), serious injury/fatalities and EL/PL. Litigation experience in the Sheriff court and court of session is essential.
This award-winning pursuer firm is offering the successful candidate the chance to handle their own caseload of litigated complex files, involvement in business development and business strategy, as well as supervising junior solicitors/trainees.
You'll be a real team player and play an important part in the department’s development and on-going success. They are a friendly close-knit team and there is support from the Directors and Partners across the team to ensure that you can reach your full potential.
